I had intended on making this announcement this morning, but due to a nasty bug that I came down with in the middle of the night last night I didn't get out of bed all day. Anyhow, the Model-Glue Cookbook has officially launched. The intent of the site is to help folks learn Model-Glue techniques in the same way the ColdFusion Cookbook does. Simple questions/answers that will help folks understand the how and why behind MVC and Model-Glue. Many thanks to Ray Camden for sharing the code from the CF Cookbook.

Michael Sharman's Gravatar Nice work Todd, I look forward to this site becoming a great resource for Model-Glue.

But why is it launching with zero content :)

Even a single FAQ would be sweet!

Steve Glachan's Gravatar This looks like it will be great Todd, I agree with Michael. Centralised reliable resource filled sites like these are exactly what the community needs :)

PS. In relation to the page footer... I remember Ray blogging recently to remind people to update bookmark references from ray.camdenfamily.com to www.coldfusionjedi.com. not sure how long he said he'd keep the URL around though. Must be coded into the app.

Cheers and thanks!

Neil Middleton's Gravatar You might want to check out your PDF download version, there's a certain watermark on it that probably shouldn't be.

todd sharp's Gravatar Oh you know what Neil...shoot...that is because I had tested it locally and the pdf got uploaded with the site. I do have a legit license (print a blog entry here on the site and you'll see there is no watermark) - thanks for pointing that out I'll fix it asap.

todd sharp's Gravatar Thanks for the reminder Steve - yes that was in the code - in fact the CF cookbook still points to that domain. I'll update that later as well.
