Join The Fight To Keep Internet Access From Being Taxed

As many probably know, the Federal Internet Tax Mortatorium expires on November 1. I typically try to avoid politic related posts on the blog but this is one issue that we should all rally behind and make our voice heard. Head over to Don't Tax Our Web and join the fight. Let our elected officials know what a bad idea it would be to tax our internet.

Tax the internet?

You've got to be joking! You Americans are crazy. Someone must have voted for these idiots.

go ahead, tax the internet in your country. We got screwed with the A-US FTA, so shooting yourselves in the foot isn't gonna get much sympathy.

I've been hoping some of these groups would try to come up with some middle ground, but we haven't really seen that yet. Don't get me wrong, I fully agree with you and don't want the tax. I guess I just always felt it was inevitable with the amount of money being lost from local coffers annually based on the status quo of the 80s or whatever they measure against heh.
