SlideShare Lets You Embed YouTube Videos - But SlideSix Is Still Better

I just read that SlideShare is now supporting embedded YouTube videos within their presentations.
Sure, this feature sure looks impressive on the surface. But once you get past the initial novelty of the feature you'll quickly realize that embedding video and/or audio via our Flex management console in SlideSix is a more effective user experience for both presenters and potential viewers.
With SlideShare's implementation of embedded video, a presenter has to go through the hassle of recording their video with third party software, create a YouTube account if they do not already have one, log in to YouTube, upload their video to YouTube and acquire the URL to the video. Once they've done this they now have to log in to SlideShare, upload their presentation, select where in the presentation the video will become embedded (via a drop down) and then paste the YouTube URL. The video then becomes embedded into the presentation as basically another slide.
Now let's look at how easy this is in SlideSix. The presenter logs in to SlideSix, uploads their presentation, chooses a slide and records their media (audio or video). That's it. On top of that the video is actually meaningful to potential viewers because it is displayed on top of the existing slide - which the presenter is likely narrating.
So should I be worried about SlideShare adding this feature? Maybe, if only because they're the biggest game in town and they've thrown a big name like YouTube in the mix. But I'm really not worried. My implementation presents a better, more relevant user experience for both the presenter and the viewer.

Slideshare could have done a better job integrating YouTube by utilizing the API a bit more - imagine using the YouTube Data api to get a feed of a user's videos so they can simply pick any video they already uploaded to youtube and embed it in your app. The only time they have to visit youtube is to upload the video, which if they already have a youtube account is super quick, and once to link your app with their YouTube account.
